I’ve done multiple videos on MK-677 and I think you’ll enjoy them.

MK-677 is by far one of the best PEDs / performance enhancers that you can get. This drug is very comparable to other Sarms and even HGH.

Basically MK677 Helps the Body make more HGH and other muscle building compounds.

Ibutamoren increases you metabolic rate as well as increases hunger. This can be good in a cut and a bulk.

I think the side effects are very manageable when comparing to other compounds I believe that it’s not super strong per se but for somebody that doesn’t really want to deal with side effects or somebody that just wants a little bit of extra help in the gym Ibutamoren is a pretty good choice.

Side Effects

  • Increased appetite
  • Lethargy
  • Joint pain if you have previous medical conditions or elevated hormone levels
  • Insulin resistance

These are the main side effects. The potential list is a bit bigger but anything not on this list has limited evidence to support the claims.

If you are a healthy individual you don’t need to worry about Insulin resistance.

Joint pain will be different for everyone.

Lethargy is easy to deal with. Most people just take it right before bed then they are good for most of the day.

Increased appetite would be good on a bulk but bad on a cut. If your on a cut you may need a appetite suppressant or just more will power.

Due to the fact that the side effects are manageable and not serious you can theoretically take it indefinitely. Depending on who you ask it they say anywhere between 6-12 months is a good cycle.

I personally have taken it at high-ish doses for at least 6 months straight with no significant side effects.

In fact the side effects normally start to go away once your body gets used to the compound. Granted this also means that it will not work as well as when you first started but that’s the trade off.

Recommended Dosage

I personally take 25mg daily at night and I have found that to be the sweet spot.

I tried 50mg in the past (25 at night 25 in the morning) but the results where no different from the lower dosage and the Lethargy became more severe.

They say between 10-25mg daily is a good range depending on the person and the desired results.

I am personally the kind of guy who always takes the highest recommended dosage just because I want the most results. This Logic works for me most of the time.

In my personal experience anything less than 25mg did nothing noticeable in my training results.

This is all anecdotal evidence, however most people I talk to have the same or similar experiences to me. That is something to consider.
